The Dashboard is SendFlow's primary workspace. The Dashboard is where you schedule and broadcast messages, initiate and manage Flows and track performance. The Dashboard is also the gateway to voicemails and data gathered from your messages.

Broadcasting made simple

SendFlow's approach to broadcasting makes it very easy to send simple alerts right from the Dashboard. You can create a simple outbound SMS text or Voice message, merge it with contact information from any database that can export a delimited text file, and batch broadcast thousands of personalized messages in minutes.

To broadcast complex, interactive messages all you have to do is bind your outgoing message to any Flow flow you create. The broadcast will execute the Flow's process logic the moment a recipient responds to the broadcast.

You can save any SendFlow broadcast as a template. Broadcast templates save time by allowing you to repurpose messages by batching them with different data sets or by scheduling them to repeat with same data over time.

Precise scheduling, comprehensive reporting

With SendFlow you can schedule your broadcasts to run anytime, day or night. The SendFlow platform includes international time zones, making it easier to schedule global campaigns.

During broadcasts, SendFlow provide real-time data on throughput. After a broadcast session ends, SendFlow reports the performance of each SMS text message and voice call, including delivery confirmation, connections to live callers v/s answering machines, failed connections due to busy signals or disconnected numbers, call duration, recipient response rates and costs.

Captures data and voicemail

The Dashboard includes tools for managing and exporting data collected from callers during interactive messages and voice calls. You can also access inbound voicemails left by people who respond to your broadcasts.
