Deleting your data
You control what SendFlow keeps. Here is how to remove one connected account, withdraw access on the platform itself, or delete everything.
1. Disconnect an account in SendFlow
- Sign in and open Accounts.
- Choose Disconnect next to the account.
SendFlow deletes that account's access tokens immediately and can no longer publish to it. Your post history stays, so you can still see what was published.
2. Withdraw access on the platform
You can also remove SendFlow on the platform's side. This works even if you can no longer sign in to SendFlow.
- Facebook: Settings → Business integrations
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites
- Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions
- YouTube and Google Business: Google Account → Third-party connections
- X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions
- LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions
- Pinterest: Settings → Security and logins → Connected apps
- Reddit: User settings → Safety → Authorized apps
- Snapchat: Accounts → Connected apps
- Discord: User settings → Authorized apps, and delete the webhook in the channel's settings
- Bluesky: Settings → Privacy and security → App passwords
- Telegram: Remove the SendFlow bot from your channel or group
When Threads tells us you removed SendFlow or asked for your data to be deleted, we delete that account's data automatically.
3. Delete your whole SendFlow account
- Sign in and open Settings → Workspace.
- Choose Delete account and enter your password.
Your account, workspace, connected accounts and their tokens, posts and schedules, uploaded media, API keys and webhooks are deleted immediately. This can't be undone.
If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We will confirm the request came from you, delete everything within 30 days, and email you when it is done.
Backups and logs that still contain your data expire within 30 days. Posts already published stay on the platforms; delete them there if you want them gone.
