Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Emilis Čiupaila (“we”), which runs SendFlow. By creating an account or using the API, you accept them. If you use SendFlow for an organization, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you may do so.

The service

SendFlow lets you connect social accounts you control, then write, schedule and publish posts to them from one app or through an API. It also reports what each platform did with each post.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and give a real email address.
• Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including through your keys. Revoke a key as soon as you think it has leaked.
• Only connect social accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Social platforms

SendFlow is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social platform. Each platform you connect has its own terms, and you must follow them, for example the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta's, X's, TikTok's and LinkedIn's. Platforms can change or limit their APIs, reject a post, or suspend access at any time. We can't guarantee that a post will be accepted or stay up, and we may have to drop support for a platform.

Acceptable use

You may not use SendFlow to:

• send spam, run fake engagement, or post the same content repeatedly to manipulate platforms;
• publish anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harassing, or that exploits minors;
• impersonate anyone, or post to accounts you aren't authorized to use;
• get around a platform's limits, or SendFlow's rate limits and security;
• probe, overload or attack SendFlow or the platforms it connects to.

We may remove content from SendFlow, pause publishing, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you publish. You give us permission to store, process and send it to the platforms you choose, only to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SendFlow running, but it is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uptime or that it will be error-free. Scheduled posts can be delayed or fail, for example when a platform is down or revokes access, and SendFlow reports this rather than retrying forever. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of major changes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, nor for anything a platform does with your content or account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can stop using SendFlow at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date below and, for significant changes, tell you in advance. If you keep using SendFlow after they take effect, you accept them.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator is established, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Contact us at [email protected].
