How does the pricing work?
You pay for each social account connected to your organization. The first 2 are free, accounts 3 to 10 cost $5 a month each, accounts 11 to 100 cost $2 each, and every account past 100 costs $1. So 10 accounts cost $40 a month, and 100 cost $220.
What counts as one account?
One handle, page or channel on one network. A brand on X, LinkedIn and Bluesky is 3 accounts.
Am I charged anything today?
No. SendFlow is in beta and billing isn't switched on yet, so hosted SendFlow is free however many accounts you connect. We'll email you before billing starts, and nothing is charged unless you add a card.
What do beta testers get?
Everyone who signs up during the beta gets 50% off their first 12 months of billing, starting when they add a card. Your first 2 accounts stay free either way. If something breaks, email [email protected] and tell us what happened.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Your first 2 accounts stay free, with every feature. You don't need a card to sign up.
Is there a limit on posts?
SendFlow doesn't cap your posts. Each network's own limits still apply, and the API has a per-organization rate limit to stop runaway clients.
Can I disconnect an account?
Yes, at any time. Once it's disconnected it stops counting towards your price.
Which networks can I connect today?
Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Telegram, Discord, Snapchat. Choose a platform in Accounts to connect. Snapchat prepares a share link for you to finish posting on your phone.
Do I need to be a developer?
No. The app covers connecting accounts, writing, scheduling and reading results. The API is there if you want to automate any of it.
